• The area was recovering from a massive storm that dumped 3-4 inches of rain on the Mon Valley, causing flash flooding. Bob Allen of Rostraver Township said the storm arrived quickly, “I looked out my window and the road was clear and the water was running down the drain. Five minutes later, the drain was blocked and it was flood time!"
