Forward Township: DeRosa named roadmaster again

Tom DeRosa is once again the roadmaster in Forward Township. 

Last month, supervisors discussed a number of road issues, some of which have been ongoing for years and others that were the result of heavy rains last month. 

During that meeting, DeRosa held up pictures to the audience and asked if anyone recognized what was depicted, which was a washout of Ella Hollow.
