Runaway dog results in tragedy for local couple

Like any responsible pet owners, Francine and Cody Inman arranged to have a trusted pet sitter stay with their beloved dogs last Thursday while they were out of town for a wedding in Harrisburg. The Lynnwood couple had just settled in from their long drive when they received a frantic call from their next-door neighbor that their little rat-terrier chihuahua mix, Hayley, was outside in a bad storm.
