Eclipse is total thrill for Mon Valley viewers

McKeesport got a look at the near-total solar eclipse Monday afternoon despite cloudy conditions. A couple dozen spectators sat in lawn chairs or sprawled out on blankets outside Carnegie Library of McKeesport to experience the astronomical rarity.
