Dale W. Heltebran – Rostraver Township

Dale W. Heltebran, 80, of Rostraver Township, died Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born in Mount Pleasant on Aug. 17, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph R. and Vera Brewer Heltebran. A true farmer at heart, Dale loved farming. He was a member of First Church of God in West Newton, and he enjoyed collecting model tractors and loved his antique cars. He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Everett) Heltebran; daughter, Amanda J. (Dakota) Sheppick; brother-in-law, Terry (Rose) Everett; sister-in-law, Verna (Daniel) George; niece, Lisa J. (Todd) Lupold; nephews, Christopher (Alice) Fisher and Terry (Shannon) Everett Jr.; great-nephews, Evan Lupold and Owen Lupold; and great-nieces, Brianna Everett, Sara Fisher and Lexi Fisher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Darla J. Gallo. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Beth Dunlap officiating. Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.
