North Charleroi: Rules planned for off-road vehicles

North Charleroi plans to add a new ordinance to help enforce the safety of off-road vehicles in the borough. Mayor Steve Sergi said it’s an ordinance he considered during his past stint on council, long before he was appointed mayor last year.
