Monessen mayor offers updates on city’s projects, financial state

Last night, Monessen Mayor Ron Mozer gave a “State of the City” address that updated residents and taxpayers on the progress that’s been made in the first two years of his term and attempted to shed light on where the city could be headed. Mozer lauded the city’s efforts over last few years and said he has great pride and gratitude as he reflects on the progress and achievements.
