Constance B. Chiocchio, 86, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Monessen, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born on Feb. 7, 1938, in Munhall, Pa., daughter of the late Michael and Anne Teska Lukac. She was a member of the former St. Leonard’s Catholic Church in Monessen and a 1956 graduate of Munhall High School. She worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in Pittsburgh for 28 years and retired in 2000. She is survived by a sister, Kathleen “Kathy” Lukac; sons, Kenneth (Sherri) Chiocchio of South Carolina, Jeffrey (Maureen) Chiocchio of Virginia and Timothy Chiocchio of Butler, Pa.; daughters, Sandra Chiocchio of Belle Vernon and Jennifer (Thomas) Chiocchio-Latkanich of Florida; grandchildren, Nicole, Kenneth, Jessica, Erika and Scott Chiocchio, Amanda and Justin Chiocchio, Kara Clineman-Chiocchio and Matthew (Maddy) Latkanich; and great-grandchildren, Mya, Halayna, Zara, Aiden, Kaleb, Haley, Mason and Makinley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Loreto Chiocchio; and her brother, Michael Lukac. Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, 2024, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, in the funeral home, beginning with a 10 a.m. blessing service with the Rev. Michael Crookston officiating. Entombment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Second St. Ext., Donora, PA 15033. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.
