Ida Jean Dusi Hansen – Forward Township

Ida Jean Dusi Hansen, 90, Forward Township, passed away on Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, at The Residence at Arrowood. She retired after 35 years of service as a clerk at Boston Super Dollar grocery store and from D. Jenkins Deli with 10 years of service. She was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Township. Born April 14, 1933, in Forward Township, she was a daughter of the late Giammaria and Ida Bosetti Dusi and wife of the late Arthur W. Hansen. She is survived by brothers, Frank Dusi of West Mifflin, Ernest Dusi of Apollo and Al Dusi of Elizabeth Township; along with nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Catherine Heckman, Antoinette Dusi and Annie Rothey; and brothers, Andrew, John, Samuel, Paul and George Dusi. Friends will be received at PAUL E. BEKAVAC FUNERAL HOME, 221 North Second Ave., Elizabeth, Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the time of blessing at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Thomas J.
