Rebounding, pressure lead Monessen girls over Frazier

Frazier girls basketball coach Jonathan Bass knew rebounding was going to be the key if his Commodores were going to upset Monessen in a non-section game Tuesday. Rebounding mattered and the Greyhounds dominated. Monessen used a stifling pressure defense and handled the glass as it picked up a 46-35 win over the Commodores at DiVirgilio Field House.
