North Charleroi: Council president seeks help with ordinance overhaul

During its first regular meeting of 2024, North Charleroi council discussed plans, projects and other reminders for residents in the new year. Council has been working for about a year to do a total overhaul of its ordinances, some of which were outdated or not properly signed.
