Local filmmaker hits financial goal for latest project

Just six days after its crowdfunding campaign began, an upcoming horror film by a McKeesport filmmaker accumulated more than $25,000. Mark Cantu’s “Grind” surpassed its fundraising Indiegogo campaign goal Thursday after launching it Dec. 29. As of press time, the film has raised $27,502.
