Leps dominate early and often in rout of Cougars

The Charleroi boys basketball team was looking for an epic upset in the final game of the Charleroi Holiday Tournament Friday night. Belle Vernon Area had other plans. The Leopards scored the opening 20 points and were dominant on both ends of the floor, collecting a 74-42 victory over the Cougars.
