ABC water, sewer rates hold steady

Rates will not increase for Authority of the Borough of Charleroi customers in 2024. ABC’s board recently passed 2024 water and sewer budgets without rate increases for either service. General Manager Charles Cardinale said the authority’s water and sewer rates have remained the same since 2020 and 2013, respectively.
