Monongahela shoppers have chance to win prizes

For the next couple weeks, shoppers have the opportunity to win prizes while making purchases at Monongahela businesses. For the third consecutive year, the Monongahela Main Street Program has organized Merry Christmas Main Street, which started Nov. 17 and will conclude Dec. 16, to promote local businesses.
