Barry L Hindmarsh, 82, of Fayette City, died Nov. 27, 2023, at home following a lengthy illness. He was born March 4, 1941, in Allison Park, the only child of Edwin J. and Gladys Marriott Hindmarsh. He was a 1958 graduate of Bellmar High School and a graduate of the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. He was a longtime owner/partner of Bernard’s Hair Designers in Charleroi. Barry was also a talented musician who played for many years with bands throughout the Valley and in Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Esther Zeidman Hindmarsh; his faithful four-legged companion, Daisy Mae; daughter, Lisa Hindmarsh (Chris Gibson) of Philadelphia; and his son, Jeffrey Hindmarsh of Martinsburg, W.Va. He was preceded in death by his parents and first wife, Maureen Andreoni Hindmarsh.
