Local venture gets $500K in state funding

A Mid Mon Valley Regional Enterprise Zone project has been awarded half a million dollars through the newest round of funding for the Neighborhood Assistance Program. Four Points Brewery and Brew Pub, a Mid Mon Valley Regional Enterprise Zone project planned in Monongahela, has received $500,000, with direct assistance from the Mon Valley Alliance that will leverage an additional $3 million of private investment within the zone and support an estimated 45 new jobs.
