NBV approves $5K gift to EMS service

North Belle Vernon Council has decided to lend a financial hand to Rostraver/West Newton EMS. While it’s not as much as the agency asked for, council unanimously agreed Tuesday to give the EMS agency $5,000 to help offset costs.
