Pumpkin picking, Halloween events set in North Belle Vernon

Little ones in North Belle Vernon can get creative and into the Halloween spirit today at a pumpkin-picking event at North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park. The event, which is being offered free for the first 50 children to attend, is being sponsored by Circle C Club Lambs.
