Sewer project to disrupt Monessen traffic

Third Street is considered one of Monessen’s main thoroughfares and over the next few weeks it’s going to become inaccessible due to the ongoing sewer rehabilitation project. Phases 3A and 3B were expected to get underway following Labor Day, but the contractors involved got delayed on another project and rolled into the city Monday with a caravan of trucks ready to get started.
