Robert C. Shaffer, 77, of McKeesport, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023, at St. Clair Hospital. Born on Feb. 14, 1946, in Charleroi, he was the son of the late Frances and Garnet Shaffer. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Robert is survived by his niece, Dawn Koster and husband Gary of Monongahela; sister-in-law, Joan Shaffer, of Charleroi; and his cat, Kitty Cat. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, William B. Shaffer. Per Robert’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by CARL J.
