Viola M. Little, 91, of Rostraver Township died Thursday, June 8, 2023. Born in Rostraver Township on April 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Lennis Greenwood Cunningham. Viola was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Rostraver. She enjoyed playing the piano for her church and at numerous senior homes. She also enjoyed reading and walking. Viola loved her family, grandchildren, friends and she loved her cats! She is survived by her son, Brian J. (Cheryl) Little of Greensburg; daughters, Melissa Little of Evans City and Holly (Bob) Leighty of Washington; grandchildren, Andrew Little and McKenzie Little; daughter-in-law, Darlene Little of San Diego, Calif.; and sister-in-law, Emma Cunningham of Rostraver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A. Walter Little; son, Ross A. Little; brothers, William Cunningham and Donald Cunningham; and sisters, Alice Sloane and Doris Povirk. Friends will be received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Darrel Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery.
