Bloom’s Cut Rate celebrates 80 years in McKeesport

Anyone who has traveled Fifth Avenue in Mc-Keesport’s East End knows where Bloom’s Cut Rate is. You can’t miss the store with its colorful signage and distinctive window displays featuring plaster statues, metal art and sports jerseys. The only word that comes close to describing this retail establishment is “unique.”
