ABC hires attorney ahead of meeting on potential dissolution

Charleroi Council President Frank Paterra is hoping to reach an agreement with the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi, but that might be wishful thinking. Paterra wants to come to a resolution before Wednesday’s meeting, when council will have the first reading of an ordinance to dissolve ABC.
