Reform candidates successful in Charleroi

Dee’s Event Center in Charleroi was filled with cheers, tears and beers as unofficial primary election results rolled in Tuesday night — which led to a clean sweep for four candidates running as a team to bring change to the Magic City. Three four-year terms of council President Frank Paterra and council members Nancy Ellis and Jerry Jericho are up for grabs, along with a two-year term for Randy DiPiazza.
