Alvin Victor Dunseath – Belle Vernon

Alvin Victor Dunseath, 77, of Belle Vernon, passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, at Washington Hospital in Washington, Pa. Born May 8, 1945, in Somerset, Pa., he was the son of the late George and Margaret Tarker Dunseath. Alvin was retired from ElG Metals in McKeesport, where he worked as a crane operator for 51 years. He was the most kind, generous, caring and gentle soul anyone could meet. He was known as “Uncle Alvin” to all his closest friends and relatives. Alvin enjoyed the outdoors, being with his friends and watching people have a good time. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Russian Club and Hungarian Club in Belle Vernon and the Eagles in Monessen. He will be forever loved and missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hepple Dunseath; two daughters, Carla Finney and fiancé Chuck Smith of Pricedale, Janet Biberaj and husband Jim of New York; stepchildren, Michelle Triggiani and fiancé Jimmy of Monessen, Shawn and Kristen Culp of Bridgeville; grandchildren, Kloe Finney and Tess Biberaj; step-grandchildren Aaron Culp, Alexa Culp and Adelyn Culp; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Leila Biberaj; brothers, John, James, Harry, Bob and George Dunseath; and sisters, Mary Jane Gimbara, Goldie Dayne and Laura Holliday. A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. March 25 at the Belle Vernon Moose.
