McKeesport: Drivers who violate school bus laws will be caught on video

McKeesport Area School District, with support for the plan from its local police departments, is seeking to hold motorists accountable for illegally passing school buses. Every day in Pennsylvania, hundreds of motorists fail to stop for school buses and put the lives of children at risk, according to BusPatrol, a safety technology company with the mission of making the journey to and from school safer for children.
