Cleary, Grimm, Osleger named to WPIAL Hall

Three Mon Valley legends will be enshrined in the WPIAL Hall of Fame this spring as the organization announced its Class of 2023 Wednesday.Leading the Valley contingent will be former Serra Catholic baseball coach, girls basketball coach and athletic director Bill Cleary.
