Arley E. Allen, 40, of Rostraver Township, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023. Born in Oakland, Md., on Jan. 16, 1982, she was the daughter of Paul Stimak of Donora and the late Robin Tressler Stimak. Arley was a member of Journey by Grace Church in Rostraver and worked for UPS in New Stanton. She was a devoted, loving wife and mother, and her kids were her life. In addition to her father, she is survived by her loving husband, Jedadiah R. Allen; her children, Eli R. Allen, Evie M. Allen and Emery R. Allen, all at home; twin sister, Ashley Stimak (Jeff Sickles) of Monongahela; sister, Asya (Eric) Yanyo of Boston, Pa.; niece, Sydney Sickles; nephew, Kobe Sickles; special aunt, Marie (Gary) Rozik of Rostraver; her special cousin who was like a sister to her, Amanda (Drew) DeCarlo of Port Vue, and their children, Andrew, Patrick and Leena; mother-in-law, CJ (Greenwood) Allen of Greensburg; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jan Allen Byers and Chuck Byers; and nieces, Shannon and Abby, all of Rostraver. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023, at James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Journey by Grace Church, 4803 PA-51, Rostraver Township, with Pastor William Bailey officiating.
