Belle Vernon’s wrestling team dropped a narrow section match against Albert Gallatin 36-30 on Wednesday night, but the result could have been different if the Leopards (0-3, 0-3) hadn’t made it difficult on themselves by giving up unwarranted points in important positions. “We’ve got to quit giving up back points in key matches,” Belle Vernon coach Bob Bove said. “That can’t happen. We can’t go from being in a competitive match to now all of a sudden playing catch-up.”
