Mary ‘Bobbie’ Leezer – Carroll Township

Mary “Bobbie” Leezer, 65, of Carroll Township, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born Aug. 28, 1957, in New Eagle, daughter of the late Robert and Maxine Ritchie Fordanich. Bobbie, formerly a waitress at Belle Vernon Eat’n Park, was retired. She began her waitressing career at D&D Diner in Monongahela and Johnson’s Restaurant in Monessen. She loved to garden, enjoyed her pets, helping others and making charcuterie boards for her friends and family. Surviving are her husband, Barry Leezer; one son, Jesse (Abbey) Leezer of Lone Pine; and a grandson on the way. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, 2023, at KEGEL FUNERAL HOME INC., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Ave., Finleyville. In lieu of flowers, please consider planting a flower or wildflowers in her memory this spring.
