Guttman Energy enters new phase with employee ownership

Last month, a local fuel and energy group sold ownership shares to an employee stock ownership plan, or ESOP. After nearly a century of being privately owned, Guttman Energy, Guttman Renewables and Source One Transportation have reconsolidated into one group — Guttman Holdings.
