Ringgold’s Pajak takes silver at PIAA Championship meet

Ringgold’s Ryan Pajak capped off the 2022 cross-country season with a state runner-up finish overall in the state. Competing at Saturday’s PIAA Championships, Pajak finished the course with a time of 16:10.70, just 17 seconds behind Danville senior Rory Lieberman. The Ringgold junior improved his time by 30 seconds, jumping six spots to second from last year’s eighth-place finish.
