Cash enters Hall of Fame

McKeesport’s Swin Cash was enshrined Saturday into the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass. Upon invitation by Cash — who also invited the entire current girls varsity basketball team from McKeesport Area High School — state Sen. Jim Brewster, D-McKeesport, traveled to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to witness the enshrinement. He also presented a Pennsylvania Senate proclamation recognizing the McKeesport basketball star’s accomplishments at the local, college, professional and global level.
