Postcard from Viva: Peru

For the Mon Valley Independent

Hola from Peru!
Peru is the 10th country I have been to this summer and it was my first time in South America.
Since Peru is below the equator, it is technically winter here, which means cooler temperatures than what I expected.
After flying for the majority of the day, we landed in Lima at about midnight before arriving to our hotel named Tierra Viva. Needless to say, I took a few pictures near the hotel sign the next morning before heading off on our Peruvian adventure.
