RTI Insurance picks up first victory

Noah Prosser poured in a game-high 21 points to lead RTI Insurance to its first win of the season in an 86-69 victory over Howard Hanna Wilson Baum in Mon Valley Independent Summer Basketball League boys division action Thursday evening.
