Developers detail plans for new housing in Rostraver Township

Two developers who plan on bringing more housing to Rostraver Township will have their rezoning requests up for vote May 4.
Bellevue Partners and RWS Land Company appeared before the board of commissioners Wednesday to present preliminary materials and to discuss the concept behind their two projects. Jay Lustig is the founder of Bellevue Partners and the developer behind Willowbrook Plaza, where Shop ‘n Save is located. He spoke to the commissioners about his vision for a housing complex he wants to build near the Mon-Vale Healthplex.
