Darlene F. Ostetrico, 64, of Donora, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born on March 18, 1957, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Adam Trinkala and Lillian Weaver Trinkala. Darlene grew up in Speers and was a 1975 graduate of Charleroi Area High School. She worked in the accounting department at Walmart in Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Daryl Trinkala. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Julius “Jules” Ostetrico; two sons, Robert (Nicole) Valentine of Donora and David (Mindy Haase) Valentine of New Florence, Pa.; three grandchildren, Mallory Valentine, David Zook and Emily Zook; a brother, Kenneth (Marlene) Pritts of Smithton; sister, Rita (Jerry) Hagerman of Smithton; two sisters-in-law, Julie Trinkala of Speers and Sharon Nash of Monessen; brother-in-law, Kevin (Jill) Ostetrico of Belle Vernon; along with nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no viewing or services. Arrangements entrusted to DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. & CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen.
