Steve ‘Butch’ Levandosky Jr. – Finleyville

Steve “Butch” Levandosky Jr., 78, of Finleyville, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021, in his home after a brief illness. Born April 5, 1943, in Sykesville, Pa., he was the son of the late Steve Sr. and Veronica Zelenski Levandosky. Steve began working in construction and then opened Skeets Service Station in Finleyville, where he has continued working for the past 34 years. A member of the Library Sportsman’s Association, he enjoyed racing cars on the dirt track circuit, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Surviving are his wife, Linda Cushey Levandosky, whom he married May 30, 1964; a son and daughter-in-law, Steven T. “Skeets” (Anastasiya) Levandosky of Finleyville; and a daughter and son-in-law, Debrah (Corey) Behanna of New Eagle; two granddaughters, Jessica and Elizabeth Levandosky; two grandsons, Cody and Matthew Behanna; and a great-granddaughter, Shelby Devers. Preceding him in death was his brother, Richard Levandosky. At the family’s request, there will be no public services.
