Monongahela code-enforcement position to switch to full-time status

Changes could soon be coming to the code enforcement office in Monongahela.
During a business meeting Wednesday, council discussed a potential change to the position, which is currently held part-time by Les Pemberton, who also serves as code enforcement officer for neighboring New Eagle.
