Fourth-seeded Hampton next up for fifth-seeded TJ

When No. 5 Thomas Jefferson travels north to No. 4 Hampton Friday for a Class 4A quarterfinal matchup, the Jaguars will have two things in its favor: Playoff experience and maintained success.
After their 41-0 thrashing of Indiana in the first round last Friday, the Jaguars are 52-9 in the WPIAL playoffs since 2003. In that same time frame, they have only lost once in the round of eight – a quarterfinal loss to Knoch in 2011.
