Christner named new police chief in Rostraver Township

Nearly the entire Rostraver Township police force turned out Wednesday as the commissioners voted unanimously to make acting police Chief John Christner the new chief of police, effecting Nov. 9. Christner has served as the acting chief while Chief Greg Resetar has been on leave.
