Work of art donated to Rostraver library

Rostraver Public Library received a framed picture Tuesday from Rostraver Township resident Dustin Stark. He made the project from diamond art, which is the placement of jewels onto a pattern to look like a mosaic. He then had it framed and presented it to the library.
