Gloria Jean Yelletz, 74, of Roscoe, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021, at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born in North Charleroi on April 10, 1947, daughter of the late James and Anna Matinsky May. Gloria worked for many years at the former Johnny’s Market in Roscoe as a cashier. She was Catholic by faith. Gloria was a lover of music and enjoyed collecting records. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Yelletz; her brother, James C. May of Monessen; and two nephews, Bryan May of Tarentum and Brett May of Charleroi. Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, Robert May; and her sister-in-law and very best friend, Claudia Brudnak May. There will be no public visitation and entombment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Monessen. Arrangements have been entrusted to MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES INC. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe. Online condolences may be expressed at www.melenyzer.com.
