Donald Payne Jr., 60, of Donora, transitioned on Sept. 22, 2021. He is survived by his children, Cortez Tiller, Donald Payne III and Anthony Law; brothers, Yancy, Dominick and Erin Payne; sisters, Rhonda Lee Payne and Robin Thompson; and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at the Monessen Civic Center. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service at noon. Arrangements are entrusted to ALDRICH FUNERAL HOMES, 608-610 Sixth St., Monessen, PA 15046, 724-684-4114.
