Merrily M. Hardinger, 55, of Monongahela, died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born Feb. 10, 1966, in New Eagle, a daughter of the late William A. Miller Sr. and Marilyn Tomko Miller of Finleyville, who survives. Merrily was a homemaker, member of First Presbyterian Church in Finleyville and assisted at Creations Beauty Salon in Donora. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Robert Hardinger Jr.; three daughters, Kayla Kowatch (Christopher), Ashley Kite (Jonathan) and Jenna Hardinger; and two granddaughters, Olivia and Charlotte. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at KEGEL FUNERAL HOME INC., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Ave., Finleyville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13, in the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Young officiating. Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
