Lek Klinchan, 93, of Charleroi, passed away on Aug. 6, 2021. Born in Thai-land on Jan. 10, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Tongcome and Jant Vongpome. She had a heart of gold and loved helping people. She also enjoyed cooking and playing with her dog, Pedro. Lek is survived by her daughters, Nimnuan Dunton Mayhew of Charleroi and Poomjit Yoomchiyapoom of Thailand; grandchildren, Saengduan Boonpatoochai, Linda Dunton Bercik and Charles W. Dunton; and great-grandchildren, Katie Chanhong and Mason Andrew and Alexis Bercik. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sons, Sumpoom and Sumpram Yoomchiyapoom; first husband, Boonma Yoomchiyapoom; second husband, Jamrat Klinchan; son-in-law, Wayne Dunton; and several siblings. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 28, 2021 at Fayette City Alliance Church, 211 Connellsville St., Fayette City, PA 15438. Arrangements are entrusted to CARL J.
