He joined Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Monessen in 1996 and was a faithful member, served as a trustee and was then ordained as a deacon. He continued serving as deacon at Mt. Calvary till he received the OK from Pastor Mason to leave and join Fellowship Baptist Church in 2001, where he continued to function as a deacon. After the close of Fellowship Baptist Church in 2004, he joined Newness of Life Ministries and served as a deacon and his love for Christ continued to grow. He then felt led by the Lord to help in another portion of His House and joined Wayman-Quinn Chapel A.M.E. in 2017, where he continued his spiritual growth and was a faithful member till his passing. He was a former member of St. James Lodge No. 7 AF&AM, a member of the Shriners and served with Order of the Eastern Star.  He had served as president of the Monessen Clean Air Coalition. He is survived by three brothers, Daniel “Sugar” Hall of Charleroi, Llewellyn “Lee” Hall of Monessen and Gregory Hall of Philadelphia; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Hall of Charleroi and Carrie Sherrer-Brown of Ohio; and one daughter-in-law, Wanda Hall of Maryland.
