Raymond Leonard Fisher – formerly of Charleroi

Raymond Leonard Fisher, 73, formerly of Charleroi, passed away unexpectedly on June 20, 2021. Born in North Charleroi, on Jan. 29, 1948, Ray was the son of the late Raymond Seth Fisher and Dolores Pearl Pegg. He was a graduate of Charleroi High School, Class of 1965. Following high school, Ray served his country honorably in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Raymond is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Caitlin Melissa (Eric) Jones (neé Fisher); brothers, Robert (Diane) Braun of Texas, Lorne Fisher of Jefferson Hills, Jeffrey (Michelle) Fisher of Virginia, Darryl (Christine) Fisher of Maryland; his sister, Kimberly (Tony) Esper of Maryland; one grandchild, Roman Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Gary, Russel and William. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021, at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017, where interment will follow. All attending are asked to meet at the cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC.
