It is with great sadness the family of Robert “Bob” Lincavage announces his passing following a battle with cancer, Sunday, May 16, 2021. Born Nov. 11, 1942, in Brownsville, Bob was the son of the late Joseph P. and Lorraine Lincavage. Bob was raised in Coal Center and lived in California, Pa. until 1998. Bob graduated from California High School in 1960 and furthered his education at the University of Pittsburgh, receiving a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Class of 1970. Bob began his career in banking at Western PA National Bank in California, Pa., and then worked 27 years with EquiBank. He finished his banking career with Barnett Bank in Tampa, Fla., before transitioning into his second career within the airline industry, pre-retiring in 2000. Bob was faithful husband to Felicetta “Babe” Encrapera of 58 years as of April 2020 and a devout family man. Along with his wife, his memory will be cherished by daughter Jill (Sean) Gallagher; three grandchildren, Nikki, Sean and Jack of Oxford, Pa; his son, Rob (Melissa) Lincavage; and three grandchildren. Troy, Payton and Braden of Maple Glen, Pa. Per Bob’s wishes, he will be cremated with no visitation. A prayer service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 21, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 525 Daily Road, Coal Center, PA 15423. Memorial donations can be made at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 4550 Montgomery Ave., Suite 1100 North, Bethesda MD, 20814 or American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Dr., Suite 1150 Chicago IL. 60621. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the MARISCOTTI FUNERAL HOME INC., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth St., California, PA 15419.
